Membership & Professional Bodies

We have worked with over twenty membership/professional bodies, many on a regular basis.

Much of our research is aimed at the members and helps our clients to ensure that the services they provide remain important and relevant to members and provides objective measures of how satisfied they are with them.

We have performed various studies that explore recruitment and retention of members, communication reviews, mergers, new membership schemes and reviews of individual services e.g. the provision and content of magazines and journals.

We have also explored attitudes of fellows, members, associates, students and other stakeholders such as employers of members.
